Couch to Confidence Program Starts in September!

Introducing Couch to Confidence, a beginner's program designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and motivated to reach your goals.
A friendly and professional trainer will teach you how to perform a variety of exercises safely and effectively while discovering activities you enjoy!

Yoga on the Quad

Free Outdoor Yoga on the Quad Every Tuesday

121 Fitness Yoga instructors will host a FREE 8-week outdoor yoga series on the Quad! Classes are held from 12:00-1:00pm behind Adelbert Hall. All are welcome! No prior registration is required.

Spot Zumba and Pilates

CWRU Free Zumba at The Spot on Mondays!

Dance to salsa inspired Zumba class with Suzi every Monday from 6-7pm at the Spot! Not a Zumba fan? Take Brigette's Yoga/Pilates Fusion class on Wednesdays from 6-7pm in the North Residential Dance Studio (behind Starbucks). Just bring your CWRU ID to get in for FREE! We hope to see you there.
